PROCESS
Developing detailed coordinated architectural packages cross-referenced with MEP, public health drainage runs, and fire egress corridor clearances.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Thorough documentation including 1:20 sectional details of ramp gradients (1:12 accessible compliance), weather-sealed expansion joints, and parapet coping stones.
FINAL DESIGN
A complete set of 28 sheets detailing center-line plans, beam-column coordinate schedules, waterproofing membranes, and joinery details.
REFLECTION
Architecture is tested not on concept boards, but on the contractor’s clipboard on a dusty construction site. Clear drawings prevent catastrophic execution errors.
